    TWO free games! Don't buy one.... Credit to WhyCry who pointed out that Humble is offering the excellent Shadow Warrior: Special Edition (2013) gratis, normally retails for $49.99/£39.99 - yup pricey even after all this time. Special Edition includes: Serious Sam 3 Sledgehammer, Hotline Miami Katana, Shadow Warrior Digital Artbook, Shadow Warrior OST. Log in to Humble, add to cart, upon completion you'll get your code to redeem on Steam. You'll love this action shooter because it's funny, violent, offering good variety to gameplay, more difficult than most games but still enjoyable such is its 90's heritage. Purely my own opinion, I found it was a better game than Shadow Warrior 2 where some love was lost in level design and enemies. That's not to say it was a bad game at all but different in that respect. Get another free anyway... Next deal is one was made free a fortnight ago. Despite its 1997 release, this is one classic game that sits well alongside Doom, Quake, Duke Nukem, Wolfenstein. Shadow Warrior Classic is a violent shooter that retro gamers of that era will love and you can get that free direct from Steam and/or GOG (here). If you found the controls and graphics were a little dated for your liking, you could pop Shadow Warrior Classic Redux on your wishlist. However, I would still recommend you play the original to appreciate the series. Shadow Warrior series has plenty of Easter eggs to satisfy completionists out there, enjoy!

    WOT! Another Free Game? Here's a deal hard to turn down, unless that is you are one the millions that already has this popular title. Overkill Software is currently giving away the base game PayDay 2 on Steam, hit the 'Install Game' (as shown in the image below) and it's now permanently linked to your account. You can install at a later point in time if you just wanted the game. This version will not include any DLCs, however you can update to the Ultimate Edition at a later date if you wanted. This message will confirm registration: And going back to the URL, you'll be greeted by a green banner indicating you have the game on your account with the message: "PAYDAY 2 is already in your Steam library" Next... PayDay 2: Ultimate Edition A new fullprice version costing $45 and referenced as PayDay 2: Ultimate Edition will include the base game include all currently released DLCs into one package. All DLCs that were already released will be integrated into PayDay 2. For those of you tired of so many games that have dominant business model around DLCs because it certainly put me and others off, I'm sure this will be a relief but too late for a game originally released nearly 5 years ago and with no upgraded HD Texture Packs.   12. About time you upgraded your 780 Ti's Abvolt, perhaps check out the Xp if you really wanted the fastest card to last another 18 months and avoid further delays. Memory clocks really well (above 1080 Ti to 12.4GHz easily) and power limit of 120% is good enough imo. The main limiting factor is heat (still need to get mine blocked) otherwise I've heard from other Xp owners (various forums) that they see boost maintain 2GHz+ alongside OC mem. Worth mentioning the £950 1080Ti HOF 8 Pack Edition which also hits above 2GHz too, like every other GP102!!! Even if the Kingpin has more than 12+3 phases on the 8 Pack it's likely to only come into play with XOC - that's the target of both cards as we know and I hope this time they get rid of pricing by ASIC - technically 8 Pack is already pricing by ASIC with two versions yet only £50 difference.

    Mentioned this in shoutbox yesterday when Bethesda sent an email, making a quick post since the deal is now live. Note that the base game is free to play, DLC is not included but you can always mod to your hearts content with either Steam or NexusMods. User reviews are mixed due to the hardcore following (which I understand) and most the mechanics are dumbed down, too much settlement busywork and annoying characters - however I really enjoyed it and have over a 1k hours which is more than normal due to the numerous mods I have installed and my passion for building huge settlements. There's enough DLC content and it's good enough quality in my opinion bar Contraptions but the best DLC is no doubt Far Harbor. Fallout 4, OpenCritic score of 87%, is free to play over the weekend and -67% off base game and -40% off season pass - http://store.steampowered.com/app/377160/ If you're still not sure check out the game yourself and grab some mods and I suggest the following, none of these will cause game-breaking issues compared to the other mods: MOD: Achievements - simply allows you gain achievements with mods, relies on F4SE. MOD: Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch - essential bugfixes and balancing BUT only install if you have ALL DLC since it relies on other assets. TOOL: LOOT - same tool you use for other Fallout and Elder Scrolls series of games to ensure optimal priority of mods load order MOD: New Dialog - aimed at showing what the character would say than annoying you with answers you wouldn't say MOD: Improved Map with Visible Roads - what it says on the tin! I can lead you deeper down the rabbit hole (more complicated) and quickly mention DEF_UI for more of your inventory to be displayed without RSI-inducing scrolling, Place Everywhere which makes building less frustrating and requires F4SE which is why it won't run on consoles, and Spring Cleaning is safe to use (much safer than Scrap Everything) for those wanting perfect settlements or OCD sufferers alike.
