Another not-a-Steam deal and certainly worth grabbing. It's Mass Effect 2 courtesy of EA Origin, usually £7.99 for this standard edition and now on the house, free! Log in or create an account Head to On The House to see Mass Effect 2 Click on Get it now and add to your library Download and keep forever! Separately, there is a winter sale on Origin with up to 65% off their games and DLCs.
  6. Can't go far wrong with MSI and a nice upgrade too! Paying $60 extra for 8GB version seems a bit steep and think $30 would be fairer as it's just an extra £25 here. Hope you took the sticker off Yes I know you've only took it out the box

  13. "DanK", first I'm assuming you are a spammer so I took care of that advertising in signature - big NO on any forum and you're welcome! Your post also makes no sense and requesting update on the LATEST driver is crazy talk. I'm only leaving this post if there is very small chance you aren't a bot otherwise move on.... make another nonsensical post and you're banned.

  15. Notebooks like your XiaoMi are much like MS Surface where they're using custom GPU, probably uses different DEVID than what's widely available from Nvidia as WhyCry mentioned. Often you're recommended to visit the manufacturers website for drivers that specifically support your device. Sometimes these drivers can lag way behind release times of the latest drivers but they are very reliable. Worth mentioning that express install for some PCs can be buggy, even a few versions back express install caused issues when updating drivers but the latest as you mentioned did fix this. If we presume that the drivers are dirty (ie, been a while since cleaning out old drivers properly), I'd follow WhyCry's advice to uninstall normally THEN restart in safemode - I personally use msconfig > boot > safe boot (minimal) to run and clean out any Nvidia drivers then restart when prompted. Let us know how you get on
